On March 29, 2015 Armenian Young Women’s Association’s (AYWA) traditional Open-air Spring Bazaar dedicated to Women's Month and Easter held.
Members of Women Entrepreneurs Network in Armenia, women producers from Yerevan and all the regions of Armenia, embassies, local and international organizations were participating in the bazaar.
The bazaar was accompanied with cultural part with participation of young singers and dancing groups. During the bazaar children’s funny entertainment was provided by AYWA members and volunteers.
A lottery was organized during the bazaar. Various presents that has been given by AYWA partners and supporters wined during the lottery.
The funds raised will support women entrepreneurs in handicraft businesses.
AYWA is thankful to Embassy of China, Embassy of Switzerland, Embassy of Brazil and “Sam-Har” LLC (with “Sipan” trademark) for their support during the event.
Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) is an Armenian non-governmental organization founded in 2004. Within the frameworks of AYWA’s Women’s employment and self-employment strategic direction various events, particularly traditional charity fairs are being organized.
AYWA has been organizing charity fairs since 2010. Charity fairs are devoted to Women’s month, Independence day of the Republic of Armenia and New Year and Christmas.
The charity fairs aims to contribute to the solution of problems faced by women and girls, to assist in maintaining their health, to contribute to increasing the employment rate among women, small and medium enterprise development in all the regions of Armenia.








Our country is developing towards establishment of civil society and democracy. It is a challenging goal, and in these arduous conditions the role of women in Armenia as well as anywhere is crucial...
