From the 28th to 30th October, 2009, Armenian Young Women’s Association and Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) organized a training on Fundraising for Trainers.

From the 21st to 23rd October, 2009, Armenian Young Women’s Association and Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) organized Workshop on Fundraising.

By the initiative of Armenian Young Women`s Association and with the support of the German ProSME project, from the 23rd of September to 14th of October, 2009, PACA (Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantages) project was implemented in Alaverdi.

The ninth lesson of “Woman Leader” project took place.

On the 4^th-6^th of September Armenian Young Women’s Association participated in "Armenia Expo" 9^th regional business-industrial exhibition.

On the 17th of August the official opening ceremony of the Summer School "It's time to be a leader" took place.

From April 25 to May 25, 2009 Armenian Young Women Association (AYWA), Gegharkunik Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) with ProSME support implemented the "Successful Start" program in Dilijan town of Tavush marz, where several other success stories were called to life.

On the 31st of July Armenian Young Women`s Association in cooperation with the German ProSME program, started the implementation of the "Successful start'' project in Yeghegnadzor.

On the 30th of July 2009 Armenian Young Women`s Association with its almost 20 volunteers participated in one of the programs of Fuller Center for Housing Armenia, in the building work of the Martirosyan’s family. This project took place in the region Haytagh of Armavir province. World box champion Susi Kentikian also took part in AYWA`s initiative and did her best to lend a helping hand to one of the homeless families in her Motherland.

Susianna Kentikian - World Box Champion, was hosted in AYWA Friends’ club on the 29^th of July.
