Armenian Young Women’s Association’s annual New Year and Christmas Charity fair was held in Yerevan municipality on December 13 and 14 of 2014. Members of Women Entrepreneurs Network in Armenia established and coordinated by AYWA, women producers representing different regions of Armenia, as well as local and international organizations and embassies were participating in fair.

Within the frameworks of “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project entrepreneurship course has launched in Tumanyan community of Lori region. The project is being implemented by the Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA). The project is funded by the European Union.

Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) had organized a Charity dinner in “Ararat” hall of Yerevan “Armenia Marriott” hotel. This event organized within AYWA's 10th anniversary was an opportunity to be a part of projects aimed at improving lives of women and families in Armenia, to contribute to country’s social and economic development process.

A professional presentation and practical lesson themed on “The latest technologies of marketing researches” was held at Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) office. The training was conducted by AYWA member, founder and director of Akademix Team, trade and marketing specialist, business trainer LilitTchughuryan.

Armenian Young Women’s Association, the State Migration Service and the Targeted Initiative for Armenia project signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

Annual meeting of Women Entrepreneurs Network in Armenia members was held in ArmenianYoung Women’s Association (AYWA) office.

For the first time in Armenia with the support and participation of Armenian Young Women’s Association a festival of Rural Life and traditions was held.

The third course of “The European Union in Armenia” club took place in Aghveran from September 26 to September 28, 2014. Armenian Young Women’s Association had been invited to participate.

In Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) office the series of training courses on entrepreneurship were started on September 25 and September 26, 2014, which were implemented by Peace Corp volunteers, and designed within “NOVUS” entrepreneurial project.

Another general meeting of AYWA members was held. It was accompanied with another meeting within AYWA Friend’s Club. The guest of our meeting was cofounder of “The Green Bean” café Irina Ghaplanyan. AYWA members, volunteers, guests and representatives of Women Entrepreneurs Network in Armenia were participating in the meeting.
