The series of entrepreneurial courses started

In Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) office the series of training courses on entrepreneurship were started on September 25 and September 26, 2014, which were implemented by Peace Corp volunteers, and designed within “NOVUS” entrepreneurial project.
The first trainings were the “Human resources management” and “Leadership and teambuilding”. Within the trainings references were made to levels and methods of human resource management, importance of human capital in business world, to team formation process and characteristics of leadership.
At the end of a course participants were received certificates by Armenian Young Women’s Association.
