AYWA’s Activity was presented to prime minister of the RA in Akhtala

Within the working visit to Lori region RA Prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan also visited Akhtala. In Akhtala the prime minister make a tour to Akhtala mining and processing enterprise, attended the opening of newly renovated kindergarten and children’s park. Within the visit RA prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan got acquainted with the activity of Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) particularly projects implemented in Lori and upcoming initiatives.
In the end of the day another performance of “Red Hat” established with the support of AYWA was held in Akhtala. The puppet theater social enterprise is one of the 6 business plans that within the “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” awarded grant (financial support) from AYWA on April 2014. The “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project is being implemented by Armenian Young Women’s Association and funded by the European Union.
