30 activist pupils from Alaverdi, Lori region, got an opportunity to familiarize with VivaCell-MTS’s experience and the management culture at the Company’s headquarters. The Armenian Young Women's Association supported in organizing the visit.
The Association implements number of projects aimed at increasing the role of pupil and parent councils, in various marzes, with focus on increasing civic culture and consciousness.
To develop the gained knowledge also in the sphere of the culture of management the most active 30 were given an opportunity to arrive in the capital and visit one of the most respected companies to get acquainted to its culture of management. And the children opted for the mobile operator whose services are not only available in the remote borderland villages but also whose helping hand have always supported with renovation of the outdated infrastructure of those villages through its comprehensive Corporate Responsibility program for rebuilding their hope.
“You are future! Many of you may be undertaking leadership of a structure at some point in the future. The most important thing you need to know is that you have to set proper system of values for you to follow: respect, sense of responsibility, devotion and care. VivaCell-MTS is committed to these values, because we are confident the efforts we make will bring anticipated results,” VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian pointed.
The trip in the VivaCell-MTS headquarters gave the schoolchildren a better understanding of the efficiency of open style management of the Company.
