Presentation of Business Proposal Marketing Plans in Alaverdi

The presentation of marketing plans of the business proposals developed by the participants of the training on business proposal development took place in Alaverdi community of Lori region. The training was conducted within “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” Project. The participants presented their business ideas, projects for their development, as well as the competitive advantages and weaknesses of their initiatives.
Active and beginner women entrepreneurs, agriculturists, as well as formal and non-formal women’s groups from Alaverdi, Odzun communities of Alaverdi cluster participated in the business trainings.
The training is conducted through Competency-Based Economies through Formation of Enterprises (CEFE) methodology.

The purpose of these business trainings is to support the improvement of social and economic situation of women in Lori region by developing women’s entrepreneurship skills and knowledge.
The women having participated in the trainings have got an opportunity to develop business ideas and proposals, and submit them to AYWA for funding. The best business proposals will be selected based on the developed criteria and will be funded by AYWA.
