Since 30th of March, a two-weeks quilting class has been started in Akhtala, Lori region. Eight unemployed women from Akhtala and Yerevan are participating in the class. The participants learn the quilting technology.
Armenian Young Women’s Association implements the Quilting project with the financial support of Canadian Development Agency (CIDA) and the technical support of Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO). CESO volunteers Donna Denham and Joan Gillespie from Canada are the trainers of the class.
